Appalling people‎
I purchased a faucet set. When plumbed into my kitchen (at typical plumbers' fees) it was found to be defective. Quintessentials did not even return my calls. Finally, following a dispute via my credit card, Quintessentials communicated that I had to return the faucet to them in order to get a refund. So I was supposed to pay for the faucet, pay the plumber to install it, pay another plumber to remove it, and then pay a third plumber to put in a new one! Quintessentials did not offer an appropriate solution until the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs stepped in. Buyer beware!‎
