We purchased the warranty on our front loading duet washer. We got the warranty. It is has been 3 weeks and I still do not have a washing machine. I could have purchased a new one in the time it has taken for me go to the laundry and pay for it to be done. We have called and they clearly don't care
Pros : None Go to circut city or best buy. Too bad a local store can not provide any different service
