This review is based on several visits along with subsequent purchases here compared to others in the AV. We purchased a male maple a while back. They canceled and rescheduled delivery 3 TIMES the same day it was to be delivered. THREE TIMES. Now, my wife and I have a life and jobs so this was very inconvenient. Next, the tree failed to thrive 6 months later and they came out for a warranty. Of course the kid there who believes he is God's gift to the world blamed us as he said the tree overheated. Interesting enough this was in the winter with no summer months nor hot weather involved. In fact the person there that initially came out said it was just a bad tree-nothing we could do. So, they scheduled a replacement tree. Guess what? You guessed it. Another 3 canceled deliveries. Three must be the magic number. They finally installed it and you know what? It was a female Maple that leaves droppings vs the male we initially had.Oh well. We went by their new location across the street ...
