I went to Anne for help with a Halloween costume. She said they were in storage, but offered to get the costumes out of storage, clean and iron them. She was so friendly and polite and helped us have a great Halloween! Everyone should call and give Anne at Quartermaster a chance to help out with all costume rentals. They have a variety of costumes, and they are all so authentic looking. She has accessories that will put your costume over the top! I will be calling her for all of my future costume needs because she is dedicated and passionate about her job!

Rented 2 Military uniforms for a drama and I couldn't have asked for more. Easy to find and get in and get out. The uniforms were real military and was in excellent condition. They were clear on what they included and what was expected.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. So I think the other reviewer either expected too much in a high demand time or they were just having a bad day.

Refused to let me try on more than two costumes. When I asked to try on a third costume, they said, "No, you already tried on two. This could go on all day". So beware if you are indecisive, they will be rude to you. Would not reccommend going there. I came there with the intentions of spending $130.00 on two costumes, one for me and my boyfriend and left not spending a dime because they were so rude.

I wasn't sure exactly what i wanted to be and after i had tried on two costumes, i asked to try on another and they refused by saying, "No you already tried on two. This could go on all day" Immediately I left and was very upset. BEWARE! Very Rude!
