Quality Tune-Up Shops hasn't wronged me yet, in the maybe over 2 years I've been taking several of our vehicles there. Always prompt service and the price isn't too bad. The only reason for the 3* is that according to my wife, they're a little sexist. Last time she took her car in for example, they'd play that you're a female and you're fodder routine. Then she has to call me on the phone and I'd explain what we need done on the vehicle, and the price will quickly drop 1/3 less.

These guys are dishonest! Don't trust them! They take advantage of people in desperate need of help. I took my truck to them thinking it needed a new starter and a tune up because it wouldn't start. (No it's not the battery, since the lights, radio, power door/windows works) They charged me over $450 for the starter and the tune up, and then later told me it needed an idle control valve which is another $450. They should have told me what was wrong with the truck in the first place instead of letting me spend $450 for a starter that didn't need replacing. They do the typical bait and switch on the pricing; giving you a low quote and then hiking up the price when the job is done. They also used cheap refurbished parts! I will not go back ever again! If you want quality, don't go to these guys!

Quality is a very good auto repair shop. They are quite busy but they do a good job. I think it's about 5 years that we've always taken are cars here to service. They also do smog checks rather quickly and we were always satisfied with their service. They are very honest and have give you top quality service and we always appreciate this when we are fixing our cars.

This company provides very good care to the cars they provide mainly oil changing and smog check services. The owner has been repairing the engine for the last ten plus years and can tell everything you need to know about cars if you provide a good description of your car troubles. He also can repair any domestic and foreign makes including Japanese and German cars.

We have been taking our cars here for many years and are satisfied with the service. They get really busy on weekends so it is best to get there early. They are also conveniently located near public transportation so if you have to leave your car there, you have a way home. There is something of a waiting room but it's not very comfortable, like what a car showroom would have.
