DIY Not Welcomed‎
DIY beware! Quality Sales does not want to cut your counter top to length for you to install yourself. They came out to measure our counter top and poured a vanity counter top, but when we picked it up and tried to install it, the counter top would not fit. After lengthy discussions it was explained that the measurement that they take is soley for the centering of the sink and has nothing to do with the overall width of the counter top. I was told that by the owner himself. We were never told that we would be responsible for the final cuts to the cultured marble. In the end we had to pay for them to install the unit because it could not be returned due to it being a one of a kind special order. Overall the counter top is very nice and the installation looks great, but the details of installation were not disclosed to us.‎
