I was in quite a fix, I closed on my home later than I expected. Quality Care Carpet changed my appointment twice due to closing delays. The office lady was very understanding and helpful. The crew arrived on time neet and clean. When they were done cleaning my carpets my new home felt like home. The carpets looked like new. All the spots came up and they smelled fresh and clean.
