The condo rules are sometimes a bit heavy-handed... but, in general, Quail Creek is a great place to live. The apartments are nicely laid out. Second floor apartments have lofted ceilings. There is a small stream system that runs throughout the complex which drowns out the noise of neighbors, ads a pleasant atmosphere, and cools off the area in the summer. Community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are well kept. The location is at the north end of Pomona--downtown Claremont is only a few blocks away. They allow cats and small dogs. Some units are available for rent through the owners. Great location for students at Western U. or the Claremont Colleges.
