"We had bought a lamp from an authorized dealer of this company. The dealer referred us to contact the company directly to try and obtain the form fitting shipping boxes for the product that the dealer had not kept. to use for our numerous international moves. A first email contact was answered with a blunt "we are a wholesaler, I suggest you get bubble wrap". When we called the company to try and find an alternative, since the retail dealer couldn't help us, the operations manager deliberately hung up during the conversation. We had enjoyed the product and were considering buying more, but this attitude of complete insulation from the actual product owners ensures that not only will we NEVER buy another Purple Zen product, but I wish we were able to return this one."
