Didn't anyone see them on the news for choking and abusing a dog? What a horrible, disgusting place this is. They should be shut down! These people care nothing about animals.

The location of the Purple Poodle Pet Salon is great! It is convienantly next to Pet Supermarket, so after your pet is groomed, you can go het her some treats. The groomers are very professional, and really care about your pet. They treat them like their own. Make appointments far in advance! It is not likely you will be able to get a same day appointment.

I took my dog there quite a few times and thought they were ok, because she was always so shiney and smelled great and looked good. But as time went on I would call them to see if she was ready every time I took her and would come to find out she was ready for HOURS and they never called me. I am not for one to keep my dog locked up in a cage for hrs. All they had to do was call and I would come and get her. Well the last time was the kicker. I called and they told me she was ready , I then asked how long she has been ready and they told me a couple of hrs. So I went to get her and she looked so sad and seemed hurt. I then paid for her and took her to my car, in driving home I was at a red light and it was pouring out and I looked and there was blood all over the back seat, of course I freaked and pulled over in the pouring rain got out and got in the back seat with her to find out where all the blood was coming from, I then noticed when they cut her nails they hit the blood line and never stopped it from bleeding I then looked closer and the nail was still hanging from her . I was in total shock. I then had to get home and cut the nail off the rest of the way and stop the bleeding even more. I will NEVER EVER take her there again and I never will recommend them to any of my friends or family. And on top of that their commercials... PLEASEEEE... They pretty poodle in the commercial is their own dog. Not anyone eleses. It is so fake and the inside of the store looks nothing like the commercial. THey make it look so big and its not its small and not alot of room for the dogs neither....
