STAY AWAY!
I definitely got the poorest customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE from this shop. Don't believe their “24 hour customer service” – it took me over 3 weeks just to get a cracked screen replaced. The first 2 weeks they said they ordered the part and were just waiting for it to come in. Finally on the third week they asked us to come in and pay for the part and said then they would order it, something that they hadn't said before when they told us that the part was on its way! They never return your phone calls, they lie to you, and they ended up charging our credit card twice for the same transaction, on two different days! And when we confronted them about the double charge they ignored us, so we had to deal with the CC company. I could've sent my computer back to the manufacturer and had it fixed for $150 less and had it back in just one week if they hadn't lied and said they could get it done sooner.
