The person referred to as Michael has got the wrong Puppy Amore. We are located in Boca Raton and I run my shop. We have not ever had a male employee behind our counter or greeting customers. In addition, this person is very racist and refers to this person as a "Queen behind the counter." and states he is a male. We are always very kind, greet customers with love and care, and are incredibly friendly and inviting. I know this because this is how I run my business. I feel that this person, besides being racist, also has the wrong Puppy Amore in mind. There are a few shops across the U.S. that share this name. Very disturbing and unfare review. We work so hard to please our customers and especially consider their dogs and cats to be family. I believe that any of my customers would vouch for this.‎

I don't usually take the time to do reviews, but I had to let everyone know how happy we were to find such a great puppy apparel, food and grooming store as Puppy Amore in Boca Raton, Florida. My husband and I are now "snowbirds" and although we love summers here in Ohio, we really miss the great puppy products and services we found while in Florida this winter. I have already contacted the owner, Caroline, and requested she ship the wonderful food products including snacks to us for our puppy, Zeb, while we spend the summer months here. Zeb loves them and best of all, they are all natural and so healthy for him. Both my husband and I agree that Puppy Amore's products, services and the care and attention the owner, groomers and employees provide us and our dog are unsurpassed! Take a bow Boca Raton!! I saw the commercial on TV, and am so glad because I didn't even know Puppy Amore was there. I live close by. It is so hard now a days to get good old fashioned customer service. The owner greeting me with a smile and a welcome to the store. She and another nice girl helped me pick out a carrier, toys and a new collar set for my puppy. I got some organic treats for her too. It felt like being at home. We need more family oriented stores like this one around. I am glad Puppy Amore has opened and plan to do a lot more shopping there, as soon as Lady gets full grown.‎

I visited Puppy Amore with my dog Mack about a week ago. I couldn't believe the friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Mack was able to sample some treats before I bought them and they even have a grooming salon. The groomer spent over a half hour with me talking about Mack and gave me a tour of the salon.‎
