This is truly one of the best gyms I have ever trained at. As soon as you step foot into the gym you can feel the energy. Not only do they have all the right equipment but the staff is eager and willing to help at the drop of a hat. If you are a boxer, mixed martial arts student, or just a fitness enthusiast you could not ask for a better place to train. The classes are truly amazing, the equipment is top of the line, and clean. Most important wether you are a professional fighter or just someone looking for a new and exciting way to stay in shape this is for you. One class and you will be hooked.

This is the best workout I've had in 3 years..Used to dance and had a dancers body but havent in 3 years and gained 23 lbs, I have been a member for 2 weeks and I am already seeing amazing results. Everyone is cool and regular style..Everyone cant be a boxer or fighter but this place sure makes you feel like your one, no matter what age, or mood this is the place to be. I love going after work 2 realease all frustrations of the day. This is also cool for single parents cause ur kids can get there workout onn at the same time. A++++++++

THIS GYM IS THE BEST!: THIS GYM IS A COMBINATION FITNESS GYM & BOXING GYM. MOST OF THE MEMBERS ARE NOT LOOKING TO BECOME BOXERS, THEY JUST WANT TO TRAIN LIKE A BOXER. MORE THAN 1/2 OF THE MEMBERS ARE WOMEN! THERE ARE MANY AMATEURS AS WELL AS WORLD CHAMPION PROS THAT TRAIN AT PUNCH FITNESS.
I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT IS JUST LOOKING TO GET IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. I NEVER FELT CHALLENGED AT THE OTHER GYMS /(LA FITNESS/ GOLD'S). BUT I HAVE FOUND IT AT PUNCH FITNESS!

I have so much fun working out at Punch Fitness. Truely unique fitness center. Everyone is normal and down to earth. I get a workout there like nothing I have ever done before.
