First of all their quote for a $99 install is a joke, they try to add in all this hidden stuff! Also, they don't tell you up front that you have to pay the City of SD either $100-200 for police fees. The tech who did our quote said our garage would be included and the install would only take 3 hours. After a SIX HOUR install and overcharges of over $200.00 (that I fought for and got back). It took weeks and countless hours on the phone fighting with different morons until we got our refund. We thought the nightmare was over. OH NO! When they gave our address to the ADT monitoring dept they left off our unit number! We had an incident and the police had no idea where to go - yeah that made me feel safe! There are other retailers in San Diego, find anyone else, this company is just absolutely horrible!

I don't think I am allowed enough characters to tell you how horrible Protect Your Home is. Why they are an authorized dealer of ADT is beyond me, and I have told the home office of ADT that these people should not represent them. They hide all sorts of fees, they don't give correct information from the beginning, to get back the money that they will overcharge you takes an eternity! I am proud to say that I fought so much with them and every day, they were willing to let me out of my contract!
