I made a one purchase for amount of $41.08, but it was split in two with different dates. I contacted Promedia several times over the phone, which, was very difficult, and they finally said that goods were shipped. But two weeks later when I did not get the goods and demanded them to cancel the order they agreed to do that even though their policy says that an order cannot be canceled after shipping.

Finally they returned $20.54, a half of what they have stolen, but it was not clear which half.

Thus it is unclear which amount was refunded. I have argued with them about another half and they promised to credit it, but they did not.

Only when I started dispute at my credit card they returned the second half for the good the have never intended to ship. They are simply thieves.
