These two are the best dentists ever!

Dr. Hall and Dr. John Hoitenga are two of the best dentists I have ever had. Coming from a career that requires me to travel often, I have been forced to change dentists frequently. These are by far the most knowledgeable and caring Dr.s I have ever had. Their office is immaculate and the staff is always upbeat and smiling. 1st class operation in my opinion, 5 stars all the way!

I have been visiting this office for the past 11/2 year. The customer service initially was very good, its coming down a lot lately. after talking with other dentist I figured
they charge a lot compared to other dentists and they are unprofessional.
before the service they will say your insurance covers
this, , and you will see lots of surprise when you get the invoice. its definitely a good one, if you have a lots of money and would like to be ripped off.

I have been there two times, and its a mixed bag.
I remember the doctor seemed nice last time I talked to him, but I mainly go for cleaning. The hygienist that helped with me was good. One of the hygienists was however particularly rude. Again, this probably says nothing about the doctors and the practice there, but I was not satisfied with my particular visit.

I recently changed my dental service to Progressive and I am extremely happy with the skill level of the Dentists. My favorite is Dr. Hall, who was promoted into her Partnership position there. The staff is exceptional and the facility at Domino Farms near the University of Michigan is beyond compare. itchy Ps review seemed a personal attack rather than a true review of services and I wonder the motivation. He/she hid their identity while I have not. I immediately dismissed this review, especially in light of my experience and others.
