Mike @ Protech even took a picture on his phone in order to search for a hubcap to match my missing one!! I also brougach washt my RV in for a leak in my bathroom sink, which Mike fixed, quickly, and CORRECTLY. The coach was brought in COMPLETELY DRY, and the pump wouldnt prime. Called Mike, said to bring it in, and took at least 45 minutes to 'fix it'..EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH SERVICES GIVEN. i WILL RECOMMEND PROTECH TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT NEEDDS WORK ON RV'S-TRAILERS-PERSONAL WATERCRAFT-ANY MARINE WORK-AND EVEN HITCHES!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR SERVICE!! Not condescending to girls either!!! Thanks!!

I am very impressed by Protech's quality of work! The job they did on my rig was a complicated one and they did a great job on it!

The personnel of Pro-Tech RV Services are a group of highly skilled, professional people. They don't cut corners, they treat customers with the utmost respect and they care about the work they perform as well as customer satisfaction. After two years of unsuccessful attempts to get my dealer to perform service/warranty work I was directed to Pro-Tech. It took Pro-Tech less than two weeks to resolve the issues my dealer refused, yes I said refused to resolve. I will never recommend my dealer to anyone looking to purchase an RV, for parts, for service or warranty work. However, I highly recommend Pro-Tech RV Services to anyone needing parts, service or warranty work in the Northern Nevada area.
