Excellent quality and value. It is not cheap to sharpen good knives and scissors, however the value is outstanding. They work better than new.

I had no idea how dull my knives were until I got them sharpened! I was pretty good about getting my scissors done and Jeff always did a great job on them. For whatever reason I hadn't brought him my gerber knives until the last time. HELLO! I am so grateful and glad to have had them done. They work and its so much easier to use them.
