I have used them for years but no longer

I purchased a trimmer from them for 600.00 and it broke 3 months later. It has been three weeks and they tell me they need to order parts. I am a business and need the trimmer to make my property look good. When I explained my frustration the owner looked me up in the computer and explained to me that I only purchased from him twice last year. What difference does that make I am a customer, I thought this was extremly poor customer service. I still do not have the trimmer.
