I went in for my yearly eye exam 8 months where they prescribed me a new type of contact lens. I filled that prescription at Costco (6 month supply) and have recently used my last set. I contacted Pritchett Eye Care to get my prescription again as this time I planned on buying at 1800CONTACTS with a coupon I received. The admin from the office told me I didn't have an prescription on file as they only gave me a trial prescription and they would need me to come back in again to make sure I could see and that they were comfortable (which would also cost me $25). Seeing that I've been wearing that prescription for 8 months and can see just fine, I told her that it wouldn't be necessary as they gave me my prescription once before. She basically told me I was liar and must have assumed I've been wearing the same set of contacts for 8 months. I will be finding another doctor and will tell everyone I know to avoid going to Pritchett Eye Care in the future!‎
