The customer service are decent, but i was charge full retail

The customer service are decent, but i was charge full retail price for used part. After my repair, my printer broked again, i took it to another repair center and the tech told me the parts were used.
Inks are the same price else where and cheaper at Wal-Mart
Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
