I had to call the Hntington Beach police after I noticed t a diamond was missing from my ring that this jewelers just "cleaned" This so called FREE Cleaning cost me a Diamond missing in my ring. I called the store owner "Lisa" she called herself.
She told me tin other words go to go and get an attorney. Didn't even ask to see the ring or offer any help. l and hung up the phone. Very Rude. Don't buy from here and definetly don't have any jewelery cleaned even if they say it is free.
