I always check out Prevue when I have a special occasion to go to and need a dress. They have the most unique, outrageous and gorgeous dresses I've ever seen. They start at $60 for dresses and can go up. They usually have an AMAZING sales rack where you can buy prettier dresses and get them altered or dry cleaned. The staff are usually high school students so they seem to be a bit careless but they are nice for the most part. I'd recommend this place for prom and formal attire but if you're going wedding dress shopping, make an appointment! They get packed with girls in the afternoon.

I walked into Prevue and fell in love! They have the best customer service I have experienced and I spend most of my time shopping. Every sales associate was ready to make sure my wedding day was perfect. I purchased my wedding gown, all accessories, bridesmaids, mother of bride/ groom dresses, and recommended them to all of the guests. The prices cannot be beat and they spend all of their time running around and making sure each customer is receiving their attention and is just as happy as I was. Everything ordered was perfect and the alterations were amazing. They are a one stop shop that every bride will be happy with. All of my friends have been customers for years and their families and daughters looked beautiful at my wedding and at their proms. I will never step foot into any other store and 100% agree with every good compliment they receive.

Thank You Prevue for being the only store in California that does business the right way. You are amazing.

I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses there as did many of my freinds that got married. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they will match or beat prices from other stores. One tip for shopping there is you should go in the morning if you are looking for wedding attire. Even make an appointment. They get very busy on the weekends and evenings with high school proms and formals, which is not their fault and I felt they did the best they could, considering how busy it was. As far as alterations go, ALL bridal stores charge extra. The dresses are not made to your measurements. People should do a little research before they complain.

Went into the store to try on dress the sales lady did nothing to help me find any dresses that I might of liked or might of looked good on me, and a dress that I found in 3 others stores was price double the price in their store!! They had ripped out all the tags and were using fake names for the dresses so that you cant find them anywhere else and find out your getting a horrible price from them!! Also she came barging into the room luckily I had just finished dresses and rudely grabbed the dress out of the dressing room claiming that she would hold it outside, in my opinion it was an attempt to make sure we didn't have too long to look at the tags and find out the name of the dress or to take any pictures of the dress which she made VERY clear before anyone asked her was a Rule in her store...in others words again trying to hide that they are a rip off!! Beware and Look some where else!!;)

As a costumer who went to Prevue store twice - once for my bridesmaids dresses and more recently for a party dress, I can conclude that Costumer Service at Prevue is not a priority. Most dresses at the store are not protected, causing it to look old, with dirty spots and at times with holes, so be aware of that while shopping. Also, the prices are not too friendly and they have a no-return policy!
As a conclusion, if you really want a dress that is not cheap, that might be defective and besides that,independent of how much you spend, you still are treated like trash... GO SHOP AT PREVUE!!!
