We went to Prestige Pools Inc a couple of years back when the pool in the house we were renting went completely downhill. We had a person coming out to fix the problem and it was never going away. We took a water sample to Prestige and he diagnosed the problem right away and instead of just telling us what to get, he got everything off of the shelf for us and told us exactly what to do. He even wrote it down so we wouldn't mess it up since it was a 2 week process! Very knowledgeable and very friendly. A little more pricey than buying pool supplies from a chain store, but well worth it.
