HORRIBLE BUSINESS / HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP‎

This company was contracted to do work at my store and ended up making it look worse that it was before the job was done. They charged a crazy price for terrible workmanship. Then, when asked to come in an fix what they had done, we were given excuses and finally came back to repair it. After the second time, we had further damage to our laminate, parts were falling off, the edges were extremely sharp (we have children that come into our location, and the laminate that was put on was not even flush with the peices on corresponding sides. If you want to give cash away, find a good organization to do so. Otherwise, if you give this company to do work for you, you might as well just throw it away and be prepared to fork out more cash to fix what they did.‎

Save yourself - get flooring anywhere but...‎

Wow, what an unfortunate choice of hardwood installers I made! I have rarely dealt with such a lousy vendor either in business or household purchases. I have NOTHING good to say except they did the work on the day expected. That was a year ago. We had some complaints about the quality of materials and installation which the owner Dave either tried to convince us were just in our imagination or promised to resolve and never did. Turns out, now that I learn more, they have a terrible reputation in Reno. Finally, after a year, the flooring distributor got involved to resolve our claim. Recently, I received an irate phone call from the owner Dave since he still seems to think the workmanship and materials are acceptable. I also received about 16 hangups that day. Coincidence? I don't think so. SAVE YOURSELF and don't use Prestige Flooring.‎
