I was referred by my GP to this office to address a medical condition I have with my eye and eye exam for glasses. The office never shared with me that they do not provide glasses when i specifically told them the nature of my visit. The office required pages and pages of information from me as a new patient in advance, but chose not to get my insurance approval until I was in the office (which happened to be a Friday afternoon). They could not contact the insurance company and kept me waiting for over an hour. When i questioned why the delay they got upset with me because they could not confirm the insurance info. When I pointed out that I gave them the info in advance and they should have confirmed it before I came in they took great offense. Every last person was rude to me and raised their voice to me in the office; I was very upset but did not egg this behavior on. The doctor then came out and in the office in front of the waiting room gave me this big long speech announcing how "he saves people's sight and can't be bothered with this kind of thing". If he had taken the time to accommodate my visit, he would have found out that I had a condition that could rob me of my sight also. He was so wrapped up in his "god" complex that he could not be bothered to have a bedside manner. I tell everyone I can to not go there and about this experience. A little client service goes a long way, but this office has no idea what that is.
