8/20/09 I have had excellent results from 21st Century liquid glucosamine-chondroitin since 2007. The customer service is top-notch and the price affordable. When taking it daily I have no problems except occasional arthritis in my neck. Previously when taking g/c tablets or capsules, I had a problem with one knee for years and recurring pain in my hip, back and shoulders. Thanks to Cheryl from Molly in Tucson.‎
