I recently used Premier when I started to hear things going bump in the night. They were able to come out the same day to inspect my home and give me an evaluation of my problem. I am terrified by rats and mice so learning that I had them freaked me out. Premier inspected my home, did the necessary work, and even trapped and removed two rats within the week. I am happy to say that I am now rodent free and the process couldn’t have been easier!!

I am thrilled that I found this company. When I was searching to solve my rodent problem it was really important to me to select a local company. They solved my rodent issues without the use of poison. Turns out they were local and family owned! I would definetly recommend this company and would re-hire them in a heartbeat!!!

We hired Premier Rodent Proofing in June 2009. We had a problem with rodents nesting under our home, and also in our attic. We signed a contract with them for 600.00 plus dollars, and they set two traps--both by the entrance to the attic and crawl space. They also walked the outside of our house, and in under 5 minutes fixed two grates that had come loose. They said they had covered all access points, and would come to check the traps the following week, and after that the house should be secure.

Instead of securing the house, they spent the entire summer coming every few weeks and pulling dead rodents out of my attic and crawl space. I kept telling them that the access points were obviously not blocked, but they seemed reluctant to change their solution--trapping only.
The workers were consistently late for appointments, and came without the necessary tools to complete jobs. They routinely asked me for trash bags to put the dead rodents in, rather than bring their own. Twice after leaving our home I realized that they did not close the crawl space hatch securely, allowing access point for rodents to enter our home.
I complained to the owner again that her company had been basically just setting traps in our house for the last 4 months, but we actually had a worse rodent problem than when we hired them. I have never heard of a Rodent Proofing company that is unwilling to crawl under the house or go into the attic to tackle the problem. We used another company 6 years ago who spent a great deal of time doing just this, and they were able to plug all access points within two visits. This company seems to make it's money taking 90 seconds to set new traps every few weeks, while carting out the dead rodents from the prior visit in my trash bags, without actually solving the problem. No one wants to live in a house with rodents in their basement and attic, but we have been doing that for months, even after hiring this service. I cannot believe that we paid them over 600.00 for the level of service that they have provided to us.

The manager now tells me that they just hired someone who would be willing to go into crawl spaces and attics, and I am waiting for him now. We had an appointment from 10:00 to 11:00, and it is noon and he is still not here. If this company is not able to handle this problem, we will have to pay another one to do the job, unfortunately. They have not delivered what they promised.
