My car stopped working while I was driving in Houston and I went to Premier Auto Service because it was the closest repair shop. I am so glad that I ended up with Premier because I don't think that I could have been in better hands. They are very kind and helped me out of a tough situation. I got my car back swiftly and working good as new. Not to mention they have the best customer service I have ever come across. James is one of the owners and he is probably the nicest guy I've ever met in my whole life. Don't believe the haters - Premier Auto Service Jersey Village goes HARD.

We have depended on Premier Auto service for our truck repairs for almost 20 years. They have always accurately informed me of the repair cost in advance, and they always have done what they said they would do & completed the work in a timely manner. I cannot remember an occasion when I had to send a truck back for the same repair. Done right the first time. <br />

After my first few experiences I thought this was great I finally found a mechanic I could trust. I recommended him to two other people, and they did not agree. They had bad experiences. I still gave Premier Auto the benefit of the doubt and continued to go to them. While my car was in for service I asked for them to locate and check my power steering fluid reservoir because I was getting some steering noise. On my car it is difficult to see the power steering pump. I was told the fluid level was good so that was not the problem. I was told for $200 they could do a power steering flush and it might resolve the problem, if it did not then I was probably looking at replacing the pump which would be a much more expensive repair. I did not have the money to spend on a flush that may not work and I would still have to pay to replace the pump. So, luckily I declined the flush. I was discussing the issue and it came up that I had not personally seen the fluid level. It never occurred to me that they would have lied about the fluid level. So, I had the fluid level checked and saw for my self that my power steering fluid level was extremely low, we refilled it and the noise is gone. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me and they are not trustworthy. I feel it is one thing to charge too much for a service, or even to make a mistake about the repair needed, but to straight up lie to my face. This was a simple issue there either was or was not fluid.
