My Kids love the place by Deborah R. at InsiderPages
They have all sorts of creepy crawlers for me exciting creatures for my kids. They get to see the snakes and lizards eat. For extra entertaiment the kids sometimes get to chase the crickets that escape into the store area. It is always time to see the creatures after an afternoon of matinee at Movies 8. It's a tradition now.

Better than most Zoos by Norman E. at InsiderPages
I am a regular customer at Prehistoric Pets in Chino. I was first drawn to the store in 2000 after checking out a movie nearby. The store has a beautiful pond full of water turtles that can be fed. The employees are top notch. I have never walked in the door without hearing a How's it goin'? or How are you? and I rarely walk out without a Have a nice day. They are always ready and willing to answer any questions, and believe me, I have probably asked several hundred in the past 6 years. They have huge lizards and giant snakes that are more impressive than most reptiles at the Zoo! I regularly take my family to the store to feed the turtles and have a fantastic experience every time. One thing I must warn you about...If you go on Saturday, expect to wait in line =).

PROS: Excellent service, awesome display
CONS: Good luck finding parking!
