I have been taking my scooter to this company for some time but I am thinking this last time the serveice has been so bad maybe I need to find somene else to fix it. They picked up my scooter in May and here we are in September and it has not been fixed. Not only have they been giving me the run around about my scooter they give me loaners that don't work very well. When I asked for a replacement for the loaner they gave me one that stopped running before I got home. They brought me back the scooter that I had returned because it was not runnng well. It broke to the piint I could not use it at all. The woman told me they had a beautiful scooter for me. It turned out to be the same scooter that broke down on me. I took the extra precation of pluggling itit in while I shopped, when I got ready to go it did not work at all. If it were not for the nice people at the grocery store woho took me and my dead scooter home I would have been in quite a fix. I think they gave me this scooter even though they knew there was something wrong with it. This is service at it's worst. I am going to start looking for another company to fix my scooter. I just hope I can find one that my insurance will pay for.
