After having a horrible experience with Lithia Subaru service department - Preferred Auto Care restored my faith in garages. They came highly recommended by three of my coworkers (after hearing me on the phone with Lithia).They did excellent work, were trust worthy, and professional. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

This is an ideal garage. The people do their very best to accomodate my needs. Their work is of the highest quality and I bet they stand behind their repairs (I have never had the occassion to find out because I've never had a complaint).

We have had Honda's (Accord and CRV) and a Toyota (Avalon) which they have maintained. They always level with me concerning maintenance and repairs. I have never had a feeling that they recommend work to pad the bill; none at all.

I highly recommend their work!
