pREFAB once again disappoints its customer
While negotiating with the owner about repairs, workmanship, dissatisfaction and product, yet again they let us down. Renegotiated a lower price, but when it came down to it he the owner did not do what promised. Need I say more this business should take customer service courses. It is the customer that should take president in any business deal, and these people do not know that part of customer service. Placing a BBB complaint in also about this group of YAHOOS! WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT POOR SERVICE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW OTHER LANGUAGES ALSO BECAUSE NONE OF THE LABORS SPEAK ENGLISH.
