Feb, 22/ 2009 WHAT A NIGHT-MARE I went in for a touch up on my blonde hair and came out with dark ash and phisically attacked by LUPE. I had been there once before, when my stylist was on vacation. The problem was/is some of their stylist do not speak english,but pretend too. I was assigned to one on this particlur day. I did not know that at the time. After the color was applied I complained on the phone to the owner, who said because of the over processing on my hair that day, that I would need to return later andI could have my hair color corrected,at NO CHARGE!. I was not happy with that but..was not given a choice. Two day later I called for an appointment and retuned for color correction. Upon entering the salon I confirmed with the young receptionist behind the counter that she remenbered me and that there was NO CHARGE, for the service, she said "that is correct". She asked if I wanted the "same stylist:", I said NO! Another stylist took over( Lupe) she ...

2009 DON"T EVEN CONSIDER THIS SALON FOR YOUR WORST ENEMY. THEY SCREWED UP ON MY COLOR WHICH I PAID FOR. THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK FOR A CORRECTION AT NO CHARGE. I DID!. THEY RE- DID MY HAIR COLOR AND THEN WANTED TO BE PAID, .I REFUSED, I WAS ATACKED BY LUPE PHISICALLY FOR PAYMENT, WHICH I REFUSED. I MADE A POLICE REPORT.‎
