I have been coming here for 2 years with various fine jewelry repairs. Service by Sam and his wife is outstanding and prices are terrific. Try it before driving downtown or Fashion Valley. Some of the repairs were to have bracelets shortened and new clasps put on and watch repairs. I have some pearls being restrunge presently and a new custom chain made for a pendant. Purchased a few things here. Two jade bracelets which I just love and more recently, a silver ring for my pinky that Sam made smaller to keep it from coming off. Looks much more expensive than it really was. I could not believe my luck at finding this shop near home.

I highly recommend Precision Watch. I have been coming here for several years. Service is prompt and friendly. Prices are the best I've seen, in terms of repairs and products. Also large variety of watches and jewelry to choose from! I only bring my watches here, I wouldn't trust anyone else.
