I have been going here for several years now. The service is always friendly and they always talk through with me what my car needs. I just had an oil leak fixed and was told they now have a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. When I've checked with other local shops, the warranty varies from 5 months to 12 months. To me the warranty bets out any competition! Keep up the good work guys!

I was referred to Precision Tune Auto Care (PTAC) by a college instructor who teaches auto repair at a community college. I had several problems with my Jeep that the local Jeep dealership was unable to diagnose. I told the people at PTAC the problems I was having and they quickly diagnosed what was wrong and fixed the problems. The prices were very fair and very reasonable. If you are looking for a place to have your vehicle repaired and serviced, I would highly recommend going to this PTAC.

If you are looking for a honest & trustworthy place to take your car you have to give these guys a try. Absolutely the best car repair experience I have ever had. All the people are very nice and very willing to help with whatever you need. I have never been anywhere before that I didn't feel as though they were trying to sell me every part on my car, these guys really make you understand why you need what it is that they are telling you. After they were done with the car I felt very good about the entire experience and my car drove much better than before. I know that other places may charge less but I also truly believe you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny! I also have a friend who had work done there and about 4 months later was having the same problem. She brought it back and was expecting the worst. Suprisingly it came back that it was a defective part taken care of under warranty no questions asked!

Precision Auto Tune in Lino Lakes is a great place to take your car for oil changes and routine service. You can schedule in advance and they meet their promised times. I can't however, recommend them for anything out of the ordinary - more often than not, it won't be done right. Their mechanics are relatively young and that may be part of the problem.
