Not happy with service or billing
I have had my cars serviced there for several years and never had a problem until now. I brought my explorer to get a 100k+ service for which they gave me an estimate that I thought was high but agreed to it. When i tried to pick up my car that evening, i found out that they had broken one of my spark plug wires and could not get a replacement that evening. In addition, they drained the transmission fluid, but then did not have some fitting to complete the job. Manager did provide me a rental car at their expense for the night. When i picked up my car the next day, they tried to charge me for the wire that they broke and then the bill showed that they charged me twice for the spark plugs. When i challenged them on it, the manager came back with some BS convoluted excuse that he charged me more for the plugs but less for the transmission service and that it should not matter since it was same quote as estimate. I feel that they ripped me off and are still double charging me on the plugs ...
