I brought my 03 Honda Accord here after three different garages failed to identify a noise. One of the garages suggested I replace the transmission! Turns out it only required a couple of minor adjustments. I got quotes ranging from $400-$2200(!) from the other garages. Precision Tune fixed it for $147, and I'm back on the road again. Bud's the NEW general manager of this precision tune, and I've followed him from his previous Palo Alto location (5+ years). He always is upfront with me about what actually needs to be done with my car (like you have a few more months of brake life or the eventual "maybe it's not worth fixing anymore.") Over the years I've brought him several types of cars, Honda, Mercedes, and Ford, and he's always straightforward when he thinks a dealership would be a better place to start. Now that I have newer cars, I still bring them here to get regular maintenance. The guys he hires are great troubleshooters--start here!‎

I had my car check out for a brake noise that only happen in the randomly they offer to have the car over night so they could hear the noise they had it for two nights and nothing was fix the morning that I pick up the car the brake noise started again (?) I had to take the car to work!
I had the honda dealer look at the car and found out the front a brake shim was loose and was hitting the brake disc rotor causing the noise!!!!!
