Saved more than half the money the dealership was going to charge me.
I found that the customer service was awesome and the employees were very honest. If you think that Precision is too expensive try going to the dealership and have them give you a quote, you'll find yourself right back at Precision the next day. Great job guys and money well spent..!!

I got my car to them for a 30K Mile factory maintainance. I had a coupon of $145 for labor, and at the end I paid around $250 totally. I feel that's not a bad deal. But at the end, I was told I need to change transmission fluid and power steer fluid, which would cost additional $300 bucks. I was furious. What kind of 30K factory maintainance that doesn't change the fluid for you? I feel being trapped by the look-good coupon. And they didn't tell me that when I brought in the car. I didn't change fluid their eventually. They are liers!‎

Any one can change your oil . . .but it takes a great group of people to bring customers back. Shawn, Francesco and the rest of the Precision Team are always fair in pricing and timely in getting things done to get you back out on the road. ...

I went in for an oil change and the recommended services they listed were a new battery, transmission fluid change and a new air filter. The transmission had just been flushed 6 months/8000 miles ago and when I checked the fluid looked fine to me. And the air filter was no dirtier than the fingerprints they got on it by checking it. I'm really disappointed to learn that such dishonest places still exist.‎

I normally go to the Precision Tune in Milpitas and they are awesome service, but...the precision Tune on Almaden Expy had poor service/quality and oil change price was much higher than advertised. Also it took two hours for oil change. And, I asked for brake inspection but they forgot to do it...decided not to wait any more than the two hours.‎
