When I pulled in a service writer came to my car in the parking lot to greet me. I not only received my smog certification in about an hour, but was able to use their onsite DMV registration service to get my renewal sticker in seconds. There was no attempt to upsell, or add on repair services. They are a great group of people!

I have been to Precision Tune Auto Care in El Cajon a couple times and each time it has been a pleasant experience. i love their service, and they tended to all my car needs. they were honest with what was needed with my car and reasonable with their prices. i would refer them to anyone i know!
Pros: They were nice, friendly, and took you out to the car to show what was needed. even offered old parts to take home.
Cons: nothing!
