I had a large pipe leak on the first day of a rainy weekend. They were very prompt and professional and were able to come over after hours which was great. However, the price they quoted me to fix the problem was more then $3000 over the price it ended up costing. In addition they didn't even patch the leak! The consultant left with water still leaking into my basement. I had to have someone else come over and temporarily stop the leak.‎

Not sure how no one has posted that there is a $70 evaluation fee considering most other companies will do it for free. The guy had two options to snake the main drain. One cost $900 and one cost $400 (the different price levels are do to the warranty and tools). That is completely outrageous. I wasn't happy and told him to leave. I called South Philly Drain company and just over an hour the guy was there and went right to work. He charged $100 and spent about 1.5 hrs doing the work. I wouldn't consider this company unless you are desperate because you will be paying for it.‎

My kitchen sink drain is over top of a concrete slab, this drain is impossible to replace without ripping up the entite floor and cabinets. Between my own health problems, and my husband not working, this is not a task I can even consider at this time. After having several companies here within the past 2 years, I think the precision guys finnaly got it right.. In addition to sending there rooter thingy down the drain, they also had a pump that sent pressurized water down the drain as well. I have not had a problem since. My only regret is not calling them the first time. The guy that came out was nice to deal with. I tried to warn him that there was acid in the drain, I felt bad that it got on his pants. I could not believe he even had an extra pair in his truck. Based on past experiences, I would call them in a heartbeat. Also need a new faucet in the bathroom, they supposed to come back in a few weeks to do that as well‎

Cleaned drain super fast. Low rate to come out on Saturday compared to other local plumbers. Came out between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm as promised. Very nice and efficient. Would definitely call again.‎

Precision Plus was recommended to me by a friend who has used them in the past and I was very pleased by the recommendation. They came out between 9 and 10am as promised and all through the initial phone calls and the service, Derek was extremely professional and gave me full explanations of what needed to be done. He saved my washing machine and my laundry room from further flooding and leaking. I am very impressed with the service I received and will definitely recommend them and will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing needs.‎
