Had an oil change, tire rotation and ended up needing all 4 brakes done I was able to watch as the tech worked on my car and explained and showed me every part that was related to my brakes,showing why they needed to be replaced including specs for my vehicle. I will be a life time customer with confidence. highly recommended.price was at below any dealer or other factory trained place. dont get ripped off go to these guys....a.m hayward ,ca

Went Above and Beyond by Martha B. at InsiderPages
Located near Fry's in Palo Alto, they service BMWs at a reasonable cost. The first time I took my car in, 2 air pressure indicator tire valves disappeared. When I called it to the owner's attention, he not only bought 2 to replace them but gave me the extra 2 (came in a set of 4). Their service has been fast, friendly and always cost conscious.

Brakes and rotors fixed here
1. They actually put new parts on
2. They use quality parts
3. They were cheaper than the dealer
4. The owner opened on saturday to take my job and they are usually closed on sat.
5. The job was done in under 2 hours.
