My child is 4 and really loves the teachers and the directors at the center. The director is very direct and I can really appreciate this as I know there is no "fluff" to anything she states. My daughter is always happy to go to school and even tells me to hurry up whenever I am dropping her off. As I pick her up she has stories of what she did for that day. Another observation I made was that everytime I pass by the baby room, there is always a calm and serence atmosphere. I do not have a baby in this room but cant help noticing that the caregivers are always rocking a baby or holding another one. My daughter has been in attendance for almost 4 months and is in the pre-k program now. They also had an awesome summer with many activities and field trips. I know she is in a great learning environment when she is there.
