I love my Jeep and the dealer in Valencia always takes great care of my every need.

I got a Jeep from the Valencia dealer and have had a great experience. I love my car and they always take great care of me anytime I bring my car by for maintenance, etc. Great service!

I've had my Jeep Wrangler in to this dealership quite often to have service performed. Last time in, they did a tire rotation. Resulted in death wobble. Service rep said it was a steering damper. Funny because the car drove fine when I dropped it off. I had to swap the front tires myself, this corrected the condition.
I dropped the car off for a transmission fluid change this morning, no issues with operation. I was simply following through on suggested service. Service rep said the technician reported some transmission jerkiness when stopping. Now what? Seems like this outfit is scamming it's customers!

I actually bought my car through Costco, but they used Chrysler Jeep. I love my Liberty and they take great care of it. They keep all the records and send me reminders. I'll go back.
