Haven't yet purchased from this store, but their service department has been excellent every time I've been there.
Pros: Great service. Always in and out in the same day.
Cons: Watch who you get as a service advisor. Some of the advisors are overeager to earn your business even on the service side. They do work off of commission I found Chien to be particularly helpful and more forthright than the others there.
