Every time I go there for service I get excellent service. It cost more than other places but I go ther because I know they take care of my car very well and I won't have to go back for re-check etc.

Their customer service is great. I will return to them for the next service.

Walk away and they'll call you with a lower price ---and another lower price. If they'd done that when we made an offer we'd have bought the car immediately. Sorry they feel like they have to play the "game" - Jim salesman was very nice, but the management plays the same tired games. As a consumer, I'm just tired of being treated like I'm too stupid to know what things are really worth. Listen up guys and your numbers will improve!

I've been taking my car there for servicing for the past 5 years, and we've had positive experiences. Some of the consultants are better than others, but on the whole, I think that they try to be upfront and honest with you about the status of your car. We also bought our Accord there, and I felt like we got a good deal. The best part was that they actually let us charge $15,000 on our credit cards for the purchase of the car. I'm not sure that they still do that, but it was a good way for us to get some credit card points and then just pay the balance the next month.

We have alway had excellent service from Poway Honda. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable and they make it very easy to schedule a convenient appointment. They always call to discuss the work that needs to be done and offer options to save money when it is appropriate.
