We have a Thomas crib from Pottery Barn Kids that is 2 years old. The plastic hardware on the drop side of the crib broke. They have discontinued the model and have no option to fix it for me. They have not been able to supply me the name of the manufacturer so I can go directly to them for support. This is not acceptable when it is a big saftey issue for my son. I am going to have to purchase a new crib. I will not purchase anything from PBK again. I am updating this review. After many calls to PBK they have issues us a new crib free of charge. I appreciate the effort to make this right. I will shop with them in the future just probably not for a crib.‎

Some of the objects are a bit too expensive, but you can find very nice gifts there. The blankets are some of our favorite and so are the chamois fitted crib sheets. ...

There are a lot of great items offered in this store. Just be careful of what you buy for the price you pay. While a lot of things are what I believe to be far overpriced, some things come with exceptional quality and meet their respected price.
The only dissapointment I had was with the customer service. I live in the area and have agreed with other mothers who are common shoppers to this store that there is a lack of attention for things that deserve attention. I had experienced flaws or malfunctions with items bought, brought them back and had recieved little attention or compensation. It was hard to deal with while recognizing the hefty price I paid for items that broke or just didn't work. I then took the items to the Pottery Barn Kids in Oakbrook where I recieved compassionate attention and respectful treatment, the treatment I did not recieve at this location. Other than this, the store is decent.

Great store and the staff is very helpful. If they do not have what you are looking for in the store, they will order it for you ship it to you and waive the shipping. ...
