Vet was absolutely wonderful to me and was so caring. Vet put one of my dogs sleep and cried for my dog during the procedure. He cried until my tears finished. He is so wonderful to my family as he takes the time to understand not only the animal's emotions but owner as well. He takes everything into consideration. It??????s hard to find vet like him.

Staff were compassionate and doctors were professional. All options were given to me to choose from. Considring that I had 4 pets over 10 years visiting many vets in the past, I do believe in the quality of Crenshaw Animal Hospital. I can read their confidence in the technical process of diagnosis and treatment. Both doctors were kind and listening to my opinions. They did not rush me out like most other hospitals.When I first read the negative comments from web. site I was a little hesitating. Now, I know they only had their personal opinion and my experience is only opposit.

Do not take your pet to this office. New owner/ doctor is a crook. Feels like you are talking to a used car salesman. Tries to sell every service he offers without concentrating on the problem you took your pet in for. Place is a rip off.

I went in without checking anywhere first, guess how much I paid for my lesson? Almost $500.00 U.S Green Dollars!! With this Korean Vet, I WARN you----rest of you, NEVER NEVER go in there, unless you win the MEGA or Lotto!

This place starts out with 1/2 pricing on Fridays. But they really stick it to you on little things. They wanted to charge me $45 for a health certificate for both my pets PLUS exam charges too! The staff is HORRIBLE...one tech guy is very nice. The vet has NO< NO personality. Do not use. Unless you want half ass care for your pets.
