Told me there would be a 20 minute wait. I checked after 30 minutes, discovered they had been seating people who had signed in after me. The guy at the desk said it would be just a few more minutes. After another 15 minutes, I left. The guy just shrugged it off. There was no attempt to apologize or make a difference. I will never go there again - they have horrible customer service, and wasted my time.
