I have been remiss in writing this review of Posada At Whittier for varying reasons most of all because I was in denial at the passing of my Mother, who was a resident. Please believe me when I say these people are absolutely marvelous with their charges. The facilities are clean and beautifully maintained. The grounds are also quite lovely. The courtyard is very beautiful and tranquil. Mom enjoyed a second floor studio apartment, which was quite large. She loved her balcony where she could sit outside and enjoy her plants and visit with her neighbors. When the weather was nice I would take snacks for us to enjoy with an iced tea on the balcony. The food in the dining room is quite good. I ought to know, I had many lunches and dinners with Mom in the dining room with her friends. The staff maintained her apartment, did her laundry and made her feel very comfortable and secure.
